I want sxemacs-patches now!

Hi,

I'm trying to keep track of patches that have been sent recently to
xemacs-patches that seem to be getting forgotten (this'll include my
window-configuration-hook, plus a recent patch about window
configuration settings, don't remember the topic right now).

The easiest way to start, would be to have our own sxemacs-patches
list.
