Unfortunately, no. It's written in perl (which is a bit of a bother
to me, since I've never bothered to learn it), and it uses html
templates and css. The css is something I'm not too proficient in,
since I did most of my html coding in the '96 - '98 era, using html

perl is my primary programming language, html is something i am pretty
good at, and i have used css so i can probably do all of it (maybe even
in my sleep)
If you email me a private key, I can give you ssh access and probably
manage a read-write access to bugzilla.
well if it's on the same box as the sxemacs.org site Steve has set up
ssh access for me
It would be uber cool if we can use the same style sheets and
templates for bugzilla and the main website, but I've no idea (at the
time of this writing) whether it's using mason or not.
