Issue Tracker and web

Hi all,

I've also been using arch, and I've setup arch archive for the
bugzilla stuff too.  From http://issues.sxemacs.org/ (note the new
url):

To get the archive:

    tla register-archive johann@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx \
    http://www.myrkraverk.net/~myrkraverk/issues/

    tla get --archive johann@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx \
    issues-sxemacs-org--main--0.1

I've also tla got the website.

Now, it would be nice if we can use the same css/template stuff for
the website and issue tracker; but I've yet to take a look wheather
this is possible and/or feasible.
