Please tell me that you've all got a copy of the sexy sources. If you
haven't yet, don't tell me you haven't, just get your arse into gear
and get them!

Any problems with tla can be sorted out here or on IRC (#sxemacs on
freenode). If I can't help, I _know_ that Sebastian can.

Now, to my problems (note the plural there)...

  1) lisp built-in doc strings (as discussed in another thread). I
don't consider this a show-stopper but it does make us look bad if
     our doc strings are screwed.

  2) I can't seem to byte-compile anything from SXEmacs. I am
     getting...

,----
| While compiling toplevel forms:
| !! Invalid byte code (("invalid opcode 1 in instruction stream"))
`----

This _*is a show-stopper*_!

  3) `make install' fails. This has to do with the dump file name and
     a couple of other things.

This _*is a show-stopper*_!

I have absolutely no idea about even beginning to look for the cause
of #2, but I _think_ I should be able to sort out #3. So I'll be
working on #3 today. Could somebody, anybody, please look into #2
(and of course, #1 too).

If you can't reproduce the problem in #2, please let me know here. It
might point to a problem I have locally.

One last point before I'm off... There is no way I can go public
until at the very least #2 and #3 are fixed and I'd prefer #1 to be
fixed also.

Thanks guys!
