A boring job to be done

Hi Folks!

If you are looking for something to do, everything in man/ needs to be
SXEmacs-ised.

I was going to put the HTML versions of all the docs online until I
realised that they are all still XEmacs docs. :-P

If you are working on this, please let us know here so there isn't any
duplication of effort.
