Hey!
What are they? Pretty much what they are called is what they do.
They cloak your real hostname on IRC (user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) with
something fictitious, or, in our case... sexy. :-)
What can you have as a cloak? Well we're talking about "group" cloaks
here, so it must include "sxemacs" at the end. They usually take the
form:
user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
For example, Sebastian Freundt who has the nick "hroptatyr" on IRC
might have a cloak like:
asathor@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The "devel" is variable, you don't need to have that, you can have
something else. But you can't change it once it is set. However, to
put across a more consistent (even professional) look, I suggest we go
with "devel".
How do you get one? There is only one way... ask me. Oh, and you
must have a registered nick on IRC.
So, who wants one?
