The reason that I didn't know about this "bug" was because I don't
have the build package installed. :-)

build-report.el is the only lib in our lisp dir that can cause a
shadow, so it really isn't that big of an issue.  I'll have a look at
renaming it to save all the sumo-installer-users out there the trouble
of removing a useless package. :-)

Got any ideas as to a name?
