Hehe, this would look kinda odd to others, wouldn't it?
What's wrong with `tla apply-changeset' and the commit --fix in a
22.1.3-v-0 wd? You could also hand out this as extra patch-file for the
ftp and/or promote it on the web page.

As lg confirmed the patch went somewhere in the 22.1.4 series.
